The project's availability list shows 201 homes left as of 30 Sep 2026, which means 298 homes have sold in total, about 28 more than on launch day.

How to read new launch transaction data

• Timing. Developer sales are reported to URA on a delay, so official data trails what is actually selling.
• Mix. Averages move with what sold. A week heavy in 2-bedrooms and a week heavy in 4-bedrooms will look different without any change in the underlying prices.
• Like with like. Compare 2-bedroom against 2-bedroom, floor band against floor band.
• Resale later. The prices that matter most for your exit are resale transactions after TOP, which for this project is expected in September 2029.
