  • 2BR + Study (732 sqft) is the largest 2-bedroom and the biggest block of homes at 147 units.
  • 2BR Premium (646 to 689 sqft) is the entry ticket. The HS variant is a single remaining unit.
  • 3BR Premium (969 to 1,012 sqft) is where families landed first; compact 3-bedrooms have sold out.
  • 4BR Compact (1,184 sqft) has 7 left, while 4BR Premium (1,346 to 1,356 sqft) still has 34.
