Lentor new launch condos
The full timeline of Lentor launches since 2022, and which one is still selling.
Since Lentor Modern opened the enclave in September 2022, six private condos have launched and sold through, with Lentoria the last of them to still have a handful of units. Lentor Gardens Residences launched on 18 July 2026 and is the current launch.

Other Lentor launches
Lentor Hills Residences (598 units) and Lentor Central Residences are also part of the enclave and have sold out. They are not in the table above because their published figures vary across sources, but both are covered in resale condos in Lentor for buyers looking for a completed or near-completed unit.
What is still to come
A further Lentor Central parcel was awarded in March 2026, so more supply is expected in the enclave over the coming years. Timing is the developers' decision.
